Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are shipped on the first of the month.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. At the moment we ship within Canada and internationally.

Q: Can we track our orders?
A: Since orders within Canada and internationally are shipped with postage stamps, there is no way to track them. 


Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled if a request is sent within 24 hours of the purchase. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

Q: Is it safe to pay online?
A: Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways, and your information is never stored on our site.


Products & Printing

Q: What kind of paper do you use for painting?
A: All our paintings are made on high-quality, mixed media, medium grain premium paper.

Q: What kind of paper do you use for prints?
A: All our paintings are printed on acid-free, cold press, medium weight premium paper.

Q: Can I request a custom print?
A: Yes! Please contact us with your idea, and we’ll see if it can be made.

Q: How should I care for my prints?
A: Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. If framing, use acid-free materials to preserve colour.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because our products are handmade and limited edition, we don’t accept returns. But we’ll always work with you if there’s a problem with your order.


Mail Club / Subscriptions

Q: How do I join the Fauna & Flora Art Club?
A: You can subscribe through our website. Subscribers receive exclusive prints, journal entries, collectible cards and member-only special items.

Q: Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! You can cancel your subscription and re-join at any time.

Q: Do subscribers get special perks?
A: Yes! Mail Club members enjoy exclusive artwork and early access to new releases.
