Gift Subscriptions

  • All gift subscriptions and prepaid subscriptions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • This ensures your gift is delivered smoothly and your subscription ends automatically after the chosen duration.

Art Prints & Physical Products

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if your print arrives damaged or defective.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, with no additional damage.

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at faunaflora.mailclub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. 

    Note: Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift subscriptions or prepaid subscriptions

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
