Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Custom items and gift subscriptions may take a bit longer, and any delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Canada: Standard mail (2-4 business days)

  • International: Standard international mail (5–10 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

PO Box & Address Notes
We can ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking
Once international orders are shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. This does not apply to domestic (Canadian) orders.
